The Fields of Bethesda is proud to be a pet-friendly community! We welcome up to two pets per apartment with no weight restrictions.
- Pet Deposit: $300 for one pet | $500 for two pets
- Monthly Pet Rent: $40 per pet
- Proof of vaccination required

- Pit Bull Terriers
- American Bulldogs
- Bull Staff or Staffordshire Terriers
- Rottweilers
- German Shepherds
- Dobermans or Doberman Pinschers (Miniature Pinschers permitted)
- Chow Terriers or Chow breed mixes
- Presa Canarios or any variety of Canary dogs
- Akitas
- Wolf dog hybrids
- Any dog that is 50% or more of one of the above breeds (including mixed breeds), as verified by a veterinary report, is not permitted.
